At Frankenmuth Woolen Mill, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted wool bedding and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new wool product isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold the wool item and place it back into its original protective packaging to ensure it stays clean and dry during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mill receives and inspects the item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
